Service was efficient, questions answered promptly, staff were friendly and Daniel in particular was very accommodating, even being prepared to work on their day off to handle handover on my preferred date. Pre delivery video was an unexpected bonus.

The showroom is nice & calm. The sales person made it a pleasurable experience. She was pleasant & courteous. We had a 2 week for delivery but nevertheless it was a great day on collection.

Daniel, the salesman at Arden Mini, Tunbridge Wells looked after me efficiently, was helpful/professional - a real ambassador for the dealership/brand - it was evident from meeting him that he is genuinely passionate about the brand and loves his job
