It came back great. Not 5 as my initial query was brushed off as just tire pressure and tire pumping, but when the problem was prolonged it was investigated and fixed within a day.

Steve Booth is a credit to BMW and clearly is great at dealing with customers. Sadly though I had to return the car 6 times for the same fault so the technicians need to massively up their game. Lots of emails, phone calls and hours in the car return

While you wait first mini service. Greeted pleasantly by the service reception who advised how long it would take. When service completed the same gentleman explained the paperwork and where we could collect the car. Seamless service.
